Join Us for Pre-Workshop Preparation!
My Zhineng Qigong experiences and understanding of potential give me great enthusiasm about this workshop. In the 12 years I’ve been going to Zhineng Qigong programs, I always experience the same thing…progress. I consistently experienced progress in myself and saw progress in others; and it feels incredible! The progress comes in many forms, and everyone’s experience is different. Physically I often feel better and more energetic, emotionally more peaceful and open hearted, and mentally more clear.
The consistency of progress speaks to the potential of the practice. Potential exercised becomes reality. Pre-Workshop Wednesdays is our way of maximizing the potential of the workshop experience through preparation.
