Wisdom qigong is a practice of gentle physical movements, (resembling Tai Chi) to increase strength, balance and stamina. Chanting, and stationary guided meditation to increase emotional balance and facilitate the ability to move from mindfulness to consciousness. All people regardless of physical ability are welcome. During this workshop you will learn core elements of Wisdom Qigong. You will learn fundamental Qi-field theory, and how environmental qi exchanged with one's inner qi. $75.

Meditation Mondays is a combination of practice, learning principles, and receiving individual instruction specific to you that can enhance your experience.

Weekly 2 hour Online Group Practice & FaQi

This group practice is for people who are already familiar with the principles of Wisdom Qigong. This particular session is best suited for those actively engaging with the intention of maintaining or furthering their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Advanced registration at least 2 hours before the class starts is required to receive the zoom link. Cost $15 per session. Scholarships may be available.
